6 STEPS TO HAVE A V-SHAPED FACE

A V-shaped face is the most desirable face shape among women but not all of us have this kind of shape. In this article, we will get to know different face yoga steps to get a v-shaped face. Although it will not change the bone structure of a face but at least it will remove the face fat to make it look like a v-shaped face.

  1. Smile that can see your teeth. Do it for 30 seconds.
  2. Tilt your head backward and make a duck lips for 30 seconds.
  3. Massage the space under your cheekbones with a little force using your knuckle in a circular motion. Do it for 30 seconds.
  4. Close your mouth and blow air into your mouth and maintain this position for 50 seconds.
  5. Firmly suck your cheeks inside your mouth and then pucker your lips outward so that your face appears like that of a fish. Maintain this for 50 seconds.
  6. Close your mouth then blow out and fill up one of your cheeks with air and then transfer the air from one cheek to the other as if gargling with mouthwash. Do it for 50 seconds.

Do it every day for at least 2 to 3 months to see visible results. I assure you, this is trusted and proven by me. I got the results I wanted for just 3 months. And I’m sure, you can also do it.

If you already got the results that you want, then just do it at least 2 to 3 times a week to have this permanently. My advice to you is to include it in your night skincare routine.
