5 Minute Yoga to Slimmer Nose

Almost every one of us wants a slimmer and sharper nose but not everyone is fortunate to have this. That’s why I made this post to improve the appearance of your nose!

But on the other side, we must also look at the causes of the appearance of our nose. These can be in 4 causes:

  1. Can be hereditary
  2. Result of aging
  3. Caused by trauma
  4. Environmental Factors

If your case is #1, then it’s almost impossible to change the appearance of your nose and just accept the fact, embrace it and be proud of it. But if #1 is not your case then it is possible to change the shape of your nose.

Let’s Start!

  1. Using the index and middle fingertips, try to massage the lobes of your nose in a circular motion starting from the base to the tip of your nose. Do it for 1 minute.
  2. Close and lower your mouth and stretch it under the nose. Do it for 30 seconds.
  3. Gently pinch the lobes of your nose. Do it for 30 seconds.
  4. Place your index and middle finger on the left side of your nose and massage it circularly for 30 seconds and do it again on the other side.
  5. Place your index fingers on the side of the lobes of your nose and press it upwards with a little force. Do it for 1 minute.
  6. Massage gently your nose from the tip of your nose up to your forehead. Do it for 1 minute.

And that’s it. You did it!

Remember
