8 MINUTES FOR A SHARPER NOSE

A sharper and slimmer nose is an attractive feature of someone’s beauty but unfortunately, not everyone can have it, especially me. After a while, I found an effective way to make my nose is even more attractive, and believe me or not, it’s effective. Face massage and exercises or commonly called face yoga are a way to help your nose become sharper and slimmer in a natural way.

Common Causes of the flat nose:

  • Infectious
  • Hereditary /genetic

Remember to sanitize first your hands before doing these exercises so your nose won’t irritate. So Let’s Dive In!!

  1. Put your index fingers on the side of your nose bridge and massage it gently in a circular motion. This exercise can lift your nose bridge naturally. Do it for 30 seconds.
  2. Place the finger pad of your thumbs and place it on the side of your nose bridge. Just like step 1, it can also lift your nose bridge naturally. Do it for 1 minute.
  3. Place the fingertips of your thumb under the eyebrow and press it with a llittle force. Do it for 1 minute.
  4. Pinch your nose with your index finger and thumb to pull it up. It helps to reshape the tips of your nose. Do it 10 times.
  5. Close and lower your mouth. This can help you to slim your nose. Do it 5 times.
  6. Place your index finger and middle finger on the left side of your nose and massage them gently in a circular motion. Do it also on the right side. Do it for 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Place your index finger on the side of your nose and massage it gently in upward movements. Do it for 30 seconds.
  8. Place your index finger on the side of your nose then press it upward in a gentle way and bow your head. Do it for 30 seconds.
  9. Massage gently your nose from the tip up to the forehead with your fingertips. Do it for 30 seconds.
  10. Place again your index finger on the side of your nose then press it upward in a gentle way and bow your head. Do it again for 30 seconds.
  11. Use your middle finger and thumb to hold your nose wing. Do it 10 times.
  12. Use index fingers on both sides to press and rub-down the nose wing. Do it 10 times.
  13. Use index fingers on both sides to push it up. Do it 10 times.
  14. Use your index finger and thumb to pull the skin between the nostril down gently. Do this 10 times.
  15. Use your index fingers on both sides and hold the tip of the nose. Hold it for 10 seconds. Do it 5 times.
  16. Use your finger to pull 3 parts of your nose. Do this 10 times.

These face exercises are accurate. Do it at least once a day. In just a few weeks to months, you’ll see the results. Depending on you, if you want faster results then you can do it more than twice a day. Remember, always trust the process. This is already proven and tested on me.

If you’re going to do it more than twice a day then you should take a break in between to avoid irritation on the nose.

And if you’re too busy with other things, you can do the 1st-8th steps in the morning and 9th — 16th steps in the evening.
